Description
We are looking for junior profiles who had just recently finished a technical school or who have few years of experience with electrician and electromechanics background to fill 40
positions of Junior Field Joint Coating Technician in an offshore position onboard a pipelay vessel, located in Australia.
JOB RESPOSIBILITIES:
• Ensuring the coating equipment working status during the project and project preparation, installation and start up.
• Identifying onboard all the equipment belong to the Field Joint Coating department.
• Assuring that the maintenance of the coating equipment is done as per instructions.
• Knowledge of electrical hazards and accident prevention including but not limited to PPE and Lockout-tag out procedures.
• Knowledge of electrical systems. Capability to carry out electrical inspections, maintenance and analyses electrical breakdowns providing solutions.
• Basic Knowledge on Electrical schematic readings.
• Trouble shooting skills (mechanical and electrical).
• Awareness of coating technologies is an advantage.
• The position is blue collar and it is a mix of mechanic and electrician positions.
• Min B1 English skills
Requirements:
• Work experience: 0-3 years
• Fluent in English (B1 Level)

The rotation is 35 on duty/ 35 off duty
Working hours are the usual offshore: 12 hours / 7 days.
Salary: 4210 EUR consolidated monthly (paid only when working)
